Photos requested for the two built engines
[edit]There were two engines made, and they reside in the museums of Pratt & Whitney (in East Hartford) and Allison Gas Turbine (in Indianapolis). I think the P&W museum is only open to the public on rare occasions each year, but the Allison museum in downtown Indianapolis is free and opens a few days each week. The explanatory notes for Allison's 578-DX exhibit haven't been photographed AFAIK, unlike P&W's exhibit, so it would be nice to see those as well. D271l (talk) 02:04, 13 August 2019 (UTC)
