Hello, I completely agree with all critical issues concerning the previous version. I did a complete rewrite, adding references. Certainly not perfect yet, but I hope much better. Would appreciate help. I am sorry about removing the stub information - not sure it was allowed. I will now remove the deletion info as well but only because I hope it is better now - and not because I disagree with criticism of my first draft.
