Spanish Origin?
[edit]So the article says that the word "pimenta" comes from Spanish. Is there any reference on that? In Portuguese, pepper is "pimenta" (exactly the same). Considering that the Portuguese were involved in spice trade, this piece of information should be checked. Jgsodre (talk) 01:39, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
