Pillowtalk (song) → Pillowtalk – Only article with "Pillowtalk" as one word. A simple header linking to Pillow talk (disambiguation) would be an acceptable alternative. Sock (tock talk) 15:25, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
Support per nom and WP:SMALLDETAILS. Dohn joe (talk) 18:21, 6 March 2016 (UTC)Eh, you know what? This probably does appear often enough as one word to justify being a WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT. !Support withdrawn. Dohn joe (talk) 17:22, 7 March 2016 (UTC)- Oppose. Too recent and misleading as a title.Pincrete (talk) 22:01, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose. Pillow talk is the well known primary topic, term, and experience, and it's likely that many readers spell it as one word when looking for the expression. "Pillow talk" was getting over 300 readers a day before the recent song debut, so it's not a minor seldom-looked at page but an active viable topic. Randy Kryn 22:06, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
- Strong oppose this is an alternate spelling of pillow talk and should redirect to it -- 70.51.46.39 (talk) 00:17, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
- Strong oppose per what WP:SMALLDETAILS used to say before recent edits contrary to WP:CRITERIA. Alsp oppose by "pillowtalk is" minus "pillow talk" results Pincrete (talk · contribs) Randy Kryn (talk · contribs) don't know if you'd be willing to help undo the damage done at WP:SMALLDETAILS? - And seriously this should be at Pillowtalk (Zayn song) to distinguish from two much more major hits. In ictu oculi (talk) 09:46, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose for all the reasons stated, plus because our readers are human and don't necessarily spot the minor differences that computers do. Plus, according to the artwork, not only is it one word but it's all in upper case. I want to know what Zayn sings - is it upper case? is it all one word? Isn't it the song that needs to be considered too? Also, if it not moved to Pillowtalk, then it must be moved to Pillowtalk (Zayn song). --Richhoncho (talk) 13:01, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose move to Pillowtalk (Zayn song) – unnecessary disambiguation is unnecessary. Firework (song) is at its current title despite other songs named Fireworks (song). Neutral on the proposed move to Pillowtalk. sst✈ 13:57, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
- Why? Why is the name of the artist not necessary? That depends on the same micro attention to a typographic difference with the Doris Day song and Sylvia Robinson song. Plus there are also other "Pillowtalk" album tracks. In ictu oculi (talk) 14:38, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
- Since there are several songs, they should be individually named, especially since others seem to be better known in the long run. Randy Kryn 15:25, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
- Because it is not needed. Readers looking for songs named "Pillow talk" would type a space, and readers looking for this song would not type a space. sst✈ 15:44, 12 March 2016 (UTC)

- Oppose – other one-word "pillowtalk" topics on the dab page; "pillowtalk" and "pillow talk" could easily be interchangeable to the average reader, it's not a particularly unique variation. Chase (talk | contributions) 04:40, 8 March 2016 (UTC)

The result of the move request was: Not moved as consensus to keep the article at it's current name has been established. (non-admin closure) — Music1201 talk 04:27, 1 June 2016 (UTC)
Pillowtalk (song) → Pillowtalk (Zayn song) – Space (or lack thereof) is not sufficient disambiguation between this and Pillow Talk (Sylvia song). And the article for the Zayn song already requires a hatnote per 4 other songs titled "Pillowtalk" rendered as one word (in addition to 3 non-Sylvia "Pillow Talk" songs) on the dab page that do not have articles. Chase (talk | contributions) 23:10, 25 May 2016 (UTC)
- Comment – two months ago I started an RFC at WT:AT#RfC: Artist name as disambiguation regarding non-notable song titles to attempt addressing this issue, and cited this article as an example of inconsistency. RfCs are generally closed after 30 days of initiation, and although I have posted a request at WP:ANRFC for an admin to close it, it still hasn't been closed yet. Anyway, looking at the responses to that RfC, Oppose because most respondents prefer the shorter title. SSTflyer 13:08, 26 May 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose - see LoveGame as a contradiction of your argument. Unreal7 (talk) 20:23, 26 May 2016 (UTC)
- "Love game" is two words. "Pillow talk" is commonly rendered as one. There's also a matter of the camelcaps. POINTy arguments aren't appreciated. Chase (talk | contributions) 15:29, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
- I cannot see how Unreal7's vote disrupts Wikipedia. Please avoid personal attacks. SSTflyer 01:30, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
- I don't think you know what a personal attack is, but regardless, your (false) accusation of me making one is not relevant to this RM. Chase (talk | contributions) 03:12, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
- I agree with SSTflyer. Your accusation of him disrupting Wikipedia to make a point was baseless. I'd say calling it a personal attack was a stretch, but it was likely incivil and certainly a failure to assume good faith. That said, if we'd like to move on... –Compassionate727 (T·C) 15:10, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
Accusations about personal behavior that lack evidence
are considered to be personal attacks. You accused Unreal7 of disrupting Wikipedia without providing any evidence. SSTflyer 15:23, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
- I'd say opposing on the basis of an RM that I opened in the past (for different rationale) is disruptive, but glad we agree it's not a personal attack. Moving on. Chase (talk | contributions) 17:21, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose. Moving it there would cause confusion by implying that there was more than one song named "Pillowtalk" (which there is, but only this one has an article). I'd say putting a hatnote on the top of this page should be adequate. –Compassionate727 (T·C) 15:08, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
Moving it there would cause confusion
– I actually think there is more confusion caused by having Pillowtalk (song) and Pillow Talk (Sylvia song)... and considering there are other songs titled "Pillowtalk" (as one word) on the 'Pillow talk' disambiguation page, it seems like a no-brainer. Especially since I have created a PILLOWTALK redirect to this article (since the song is 'officially' titled with all-caps decoration). Chase (talk | contributions) 02:36, 30 May 2016 (UTC)
