Narrator: Gary Owens? Or Bill Woodson?

Currently, this article lists the narrator as Gary Owens.

Online, there are a number of references to the narrator of Pigs Is Pigs as William (Bill) Woodson, rather than Gary Owens. IMDB lists Owens, but that could be circular sourcing. As the narrator was uncredited in the film itself, what's the source on Owens' involvement?

I don't have a reliable source that can settle the matter without constituting original research. Adding a 'citation needed'.
