Notabality of the person
[edit]I don't know about this guy other than just him being a columnist (or writer - as he claims) on TIME and Fortune magazines. Contents of the article does not idicate his relevance, and it looks like a promotion for his work (possibly to prove that he is a relevant guy). References are also unreliable, especially when the given citations does not have a connection to the claimed statement, seriously.

Semi-infamous journalism debacle
[edit]Why is there nothing on what he's arguably most notorious for, his semi-infamous inaccurate July, 3 1995 Time magazine cover story on "Cyberporn" which provided significant impetus for the passing of the Communications Decency Act of 1996, whose crucial provisions were promptly declared unconstitutional? See http://groups.csail.mit.edu/mac/classes/6.805/articles/cda/saga.html or many further links which can easily turned up by Google searching... -- AnonMoos (talk) 16:14, 8 December 2013 (UTC)
