Please let me edit this page because I am studying Charles Phan (the man who invented the rails that help turn a train) in school and I know a lot about him and his family tree, although I don't know much about the technology that went into the developing of the rails, but at least his family history is a start, as this wiki page is pretty empty. Also, another reason why I would like to add Charles is because he barely gets any recognition (he isn't on google and other major search engines, and he isn't in many train encyclopedias) for what he did, which is terrible since without him, public transportation would be very poor without him.
