Propose adding the following as the second sentence of the existing Philanthropy section to offer additional information on her board memberships:

Pennington also is on the boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis ^[1], the Washington University in St. Louis Board of Trustees^[2] and the Executive Committee of the Chair’s Council for Greater St. Louis.^[3]
