[edit]I've just created the Soglin article...hoping some Madisonites or folks familiar with him can fill in some of the blanks...I know this is a good foundation but there are some missing pieces (any criticism of his terms in office?) NickBurns 16:17, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
Raised as a Secular Jew
[edit]He was (probably) a red-diaper baby and as such not raised a simple "secular Jew", but a militant Stalinist. On an PBS "American Experience" anti-Vietnam-War site, "Two Days in October", it is said, Paul Soglin was named after Paul Robeson, his father, a school teacher, refused to take a Loyalty Pledge, etc.--Ralfdetlef (talk) 18:45, 17 June 2023 (UTC)
