There is a Passive House Institute US also. The two were originally affiliated but separated in 2012. While both PH certifications strive for deep energy (and carbon) reductions, they get there using very different software tools. There should be a page about Passive House Institute US, as its 2015 Passive Building Standard was developed under a grant from the US Department of Energy through the National Renewable Energy Lab.
Including the European PH Institute and not the North American one is misleading to readers and information-seekers.
