"in Spanish"

@MX: Thanks for your recent change. I noticed you marked the source as Spanish, but the text is actually in English. Title

I've created Parish of the Holy Child of Peace, but feel free to move as needed based on secondary coverage. I am not sure about the best title. Even the one source uses the title "Santo Niño de la Paz's Parish Church".
