the problem is that first of all the information given is not really correct. generally, a monastery is never founded by a political person but a religious one only, becomingits abbot. secondly, the year of foundation is not correct. thirdly the suggestion to integrate the article palpung into the article palpung monastery would be incorrect since palpung is much more than a monastery in old tibet, rather it is the name of a congregation of monasteries and centers around the world. this being the case, the article palpung is the most complete which integrated parts of the article palpung monastery. i would therefore suggest to dissolve the palpung monastery article.--Sherab1180 (talk) 18:39, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
