My name is Kevin Frakes and I am the owner/operator of PalmStar Media. I wanted to raise one more issue with the page's current content. The cited source for the last paragraph in the History section is regarding lawsuits between Evan Shapiro and [[National Lampoon (magazine)|National Lampoon]]. In the cited article, Shapiro claims that, as co-owner of National Lampoon, I conspired to prevent him from getting a job. However, PalmStar Media is not mentioned anywhere in the cited article, nor did PalmStar Media have any involvement in the lawsuit, except that PalmStar Media is owned by the same person (me) that owns part of National Lampoon (a minority share). The content also states that I sued Shapiro, but that is not the case and is not supported by the cited article (the article states that Shapiro and his wife were sued by NLI Holdings, LLC). The cited Law360 article is behind a paywall, but I can share a PDF version by email upon request. Pinging @Graywalls:. Ksf207 (talk) 02:57, 24 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Graywalls: added a notability tag here. My consultant advised me the tag is warranted and PalmStar Media probably does not qualify for a page due to a lack of in-depth press coverage, besides trade press. Can someone nominate the page for deletion consideration or am I allowed to do that on my own? Ksf207 (talk) 18:14, 4 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
