explanation
[edit]I reverted this edit because I believe it is based on a serious misconception.
The person who made this edit believes "Padsha Wazir" and "Pacha Wazir" are different names. Unlike Chinese, that has the Pinyin transliteration system there is no standard transliteration system for Arabic. These two men don't have similar names. They have identical names.
