Map

[edit]

The location on the map is wrong. It is not even on Spanish territory. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vasconde (talkcontribs) 11:35, 2 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The map is still uncorrected. If someone knows how to fix it, please do so.--46.25.234.56 (talk) 01:49, 12 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

PS20

[edit]

Abengoa Solar is currently building PS20, which will produce 20 megawatts of power. Contracted to build Solana Generating System, a 280 MW concentrating solar power (CSP) plant in Arizona.

Misleading image

[edit]

The image of PS10 currently used is misleading, as the panels in the foreground are actually PV panels part of a different installation located next to the PS10 solar thermal field. This image should be replaced with an image that shows both the PS10 tower and the actual mirrored heliostats that are used to reflect the light. Orthabok (talk) 00:04, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

PS10 PS20 relative sizes

[edit]

The picture used in the PS10 and PS20 articles is unfortunate. It is good to have them both in one photo, but the pic distorts the relative sizes. PS20 produces about twice as much power, but looks to be no larger in the picture. The PS20 collection field is actually larger, as can be seen in these better photos:

The result of the move request was: As there were no objections within the past week, I have proceeded with the rename. Rehman 11:37, 19 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

— Its official name from Abengoa Solar is in the form of "Planta Solar 00", which translates to "00 Solar Power Plant". Many also translates it to the form of "PS00 Solar Power Plant", which I find more common. My nomination is "PS00 Solar Power Plant", but we could also move it to "00 Solar Power Plant" as a second option. Rehman 12:12, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
