This article was merged into PPL (utility) in 2007. I cannot find any discussion of that merge, and the editors involved appear to be inactive. I am now going to boldly unmerge the article for the following reasons:
The PPL Building is a separate topic from the company, and is notable in its own right as the tallest building in Allentown and a regional landmark.
Coverage of the PPL Building presently constitutes a disproportionate amount of the PPL utility article.
The PPL Building article has the potential to expand.
A fork article has existed at Pennsylvania Power & Light Building since 2006, creating a confusing situation. I believe moving all content related to the PPL Building here (per WP:COMMONNAME) is the most rational way of resolving this.
