This is a well done article and it addresses several of the positive issues regarding this financing approach. However, it is limited by referencing pages on www.pacefinancing.org, all of which are currently redirected to "http://solarfinancing.1bog.org/pace-program-solar-financing/," which states incorrectly that "the PACE program is currently on hold until further notice."

While it is true that residential PACE is held up by FHFA, commercial PACE is alive and well, and is being widely advocated and promoted by EPA, DOE, and PACENow.org. New Jersey is the latest state to approve PACE legislation, allowing both residential and commercial PACE. Arkansas passed a PACE bill in April of 2013. I have not yet learned if any districts have been set up, or if the problems with lien priority for residential property owners have been addressed by the law. 70.178.234.162 (talk) 17:21, 26 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
