Quidditch? Well this caught my eye. Just give me a couple of days to review this. Thanks!

Lead

[edit]

The lead is too short. It should adequately summarize the article.

History

[edit]
  • Please expand the contraction wouldn't.
  • The word "resoundingly" is biased. And please indicate the score if possible.
  • The phrase "surprising streak" is biased.
  • "Keele University's team" - before the article just stated the university name, not the university's team.
  • "biggest surprises" - again biased

Results

[edit]
  • The results should have wikilinks. (wikilink the tournament)

Other

[edit]
  • External Links section should go after the references
  • A number of unreferenced text. I tagged it all.

There's a number of referencing problems. But let's see how far it gets. I'm going to hold this for one week and then see the improvements. Cheers,  ΤheQ Editor  Talk? 16:47, 17 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

TheQ Editor, while Asadmanmyfriend hasn't responded here, there were a number of edits made shortly after you posted the above, and also yesterday. Perhaps, since it's been four weeks on hold, it's time to reassess and decide whether the article qualifies or not. (If it's close, then perhaps another round of edits would be all that's needed to get it there.) Thanks for taking a look. BlueMoonset (talk) 18:37, 14 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@BlueMoonset and Asadmanmyfriend: The prose looks fine. It's just that there are 2 citation needed tags. Feel free to nominate this again once the references are there! Cheers,  ΤheQ Editor  Talk? 00:26, 15 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Current Squad

[edit]

As the "QuidditchUK". website names the club members of each club registered with them, would it make sense to start a Current Squad section as in other sports? --Fledere (talk) 09:40, 30 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
