[edit]I think this article is a good idea, but it definitely needs more secondary sources about the topic.

[edit]I cannot understand why "Online panel" directs to "focus group".
An online panel is a source of respondents (you can do with them quantitative and qualitative research) and a focus group is a methodology (you can recruit respondents from online panel or from offline sources).
