Shouldn't the OnePlus 7 be considered a phablet

[edit]

It has a 6.4 inch display and it is taller than phablets like the iPhone XS Max (another phablet). 6.3-6.4 inches is generally the starting point for phablets currently with devices like the Note 9 Hexadecimal16 (talk) 19:04, 2 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It is taller than the iPhone XS Max and wider than the S8+ which are both considered phablets by various sources. However there is no source directly claiming the 7 to be a phablet Hexadecimal16 (talk) 20:18, 2 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Without citing reliable source(s), we cannot make a claim in Wikipedia's voice about it. — Archer1234 (talk) 20:25, 2 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Okay Thanks Hexadecimal16 (talk) 20:39, 2 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Android Authority mentions phablets to have 6.3 inch displays or larger (diagonal). By this definition, the regular 7 should be considered a phablet Hexadecimal16 (talk) 13:54, 3 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds like WP:SYNTHESIS to me. — Archer1234 (talk) 14:41, 3 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

I haven't seen any official statement from OnePlus or any news regarding what the 29 August 2023 edit added to the article. 68.70.33.120 (talk) 21:45, 4 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
