Public roads?

The Oliversmount website mentions that the home straight was an access road to a farm, I presume it to be on private land. An act of parliament would still be needed to allow racing on private roads even if they had public access, I believe. Brutal Deluxe (talk) 14:54, 25 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
