Previous deletions and notability

This article has been deleted twice before and still clearly has no notability. What is it going to take to salt this article/editor/s until there is clear evidence per WP:RS of any notability? Flowanda | Talk 08:37, 16 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It was slapped with a "speedy delete tag", which was changed to a PROD during its initial creation. It then went to AFD, where the result was "No consensus". Where is the evidence to support the claim that it was deleted twice? jonathon (talk) 15:13, 16 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
