Well, it definitely has problems with unreliable and self-published sources, as well as synthesis and original research. Maybe one of the Spanish-language sources establishes notability, and it was missed during the February deletion discussion. (I don't know Spanish and didn't think to search for "Teoría de Olduvai" instead of "Olduvai Theory".) I'm honestly not sure where to start with this one.
