Projectile?
It says that it was "phased out because the intended shot was too dangerous to the crew"...it would be nice if it explained why explosive shells were unpopular on wooden ships, especially before the design had advanced far enough to make them reliable. Also would be nice to state what "obusier de vaisseau" means in English. A quick google check tells me it means "vessel howitzer". I would add this information myself, but undoubtedly some person would just delete it as "unreferenced information". So I guess it's up to someone who owns a book about obscure naval artillery to do the job, because I don't have one..45Colt 10:53, 26 February 2015 (UTC)
