@Fred Gandt: why did you think there was 'absolutely no indication of Category:Sexual assault in sports being appropriate'? It's already in Category:Songs about sexual assault, and the entire Music video section has a sports tournament in a "male-dominated arena" as its setting, which the artist deliberately and explicitly connected with sexual assault. That is a perfect example of WP:SYNTHESIS. Fred Gandt · talk · contribs 22:08, 14 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Upon review, I think you're right. I had to do some digging, but this interview finally made it clear: https://musicfeeds.com.au/features/the-grime-on-grimes/
Although the song definitely is about sexual assault, and her recovery from it, the music video is also about overcoming her fear and regaining the courage to move through and be in stereotypically male-dominated environments, such as sports stadiums. The setting was more or less randomly chosen, not necessarily as a place where sexual assault happened/happens (to her or anyone else), but as a place where she used to be afraid to go because they were dominated by men, and she was afraid of men because a man had assaulted her. It's therefore too much of a stretch for this category, indeed. I stand corrected. Thanks. Nederlandse Leeuw (talk) 22:48, 14 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
