Media influences

[edit]

I removed the media Influences section, which was inaccurate in claiming Williams was motivated by right wing sources. Died in prison?

[edit]

The lead currently includes "On February 2, 2017, Byron Williams died in prison hospice care." I can't find any mention of this anywhere in the news or elsewhere.

On the other hand, I can't find the correct Byron Williams in the California state prison locator system. That's a point in the claim's favor, otherwise I'd just remove this.

Can anyone verify or refute that he died? Otherwise, it seems like it should be removed sooner rather than later, as a BLP issue.--NapoliRoma (talk) 22:05, 28 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I commented out the material -- rather than deleting it, because as noted above there seems to be some degree of plausibility. However: no degree of source.--NapoliRoma (talk) 05:21, 14 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
