Infobox
[edit]The page needs an Infobox. There is an Infobox templates for pages on tea: Template:Infobox_tea. There may other options. Have a look at: Wikipedia:List_of_infoboxes. You can see how it has been used on other pages about tea by inspecting the markup (Edit) on these pages e.g. Ginger_tea. It is not necessary to complete all the fields in this template. There are predefined rules for the content you can add to each field in the template. See the Infobox help at: Help:Infobox Limelightangel (talk) 12:24, 18 November 2022 (UTC)
Draft review, 21/11/22
[edit]- when creating links out, use the Help guidelines and do not link out to pages irrelevant to the topic e.g. not to 'South Korean' etc.
- needs an InfoBox, content, acceptable images, references, and a better introductory summary, etc.

Draft review, 26/11/22
[edit]- needs a section for External links. Understand the purpose and content of this section. See similar pages, and Wikipedia:External_links, etc.
- needs a correct See Also section (i.e. other wiki pages NOT already used in the article). Understand how this is used. See the help resources, and similar pages e.g. Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Layout#"See_also"_section.
- you will need to add Categories to your page - see similar pages, and use Help:Category.
- references: refs. 3 and 15 are incorrect. Ref 3. needs an English translation. Ref. 15 needs correct use of the Cite Website template.
- InfoBox is poor and needs developing. Use the help resources and see similar pages. Include an image in the InfoBox.
- Grammar: avoid and fix basic grammar issues e.g. 'korean'. Remove inconsistencies e.g. O'sulloc, O'Sulloc, Osulloc, etc; 'korean company Osulloc'; ' This placed is It is a place '; etc. Fix the 4 grammar errors in 'O'sulloc museum it is the 7th attraction most visitated'; etc. Is it 'O'Sulloc Tea' or 'O'Sulloc tea'? Be consistent. Don't start sentences with 'And...'.
- the topic intro. summary is poor. Look at similar pages and use the help resources. It needs to briefly summarize the topic and its notability, with links and references.
- there is no clear, logical page structure with sections and sub-sections, several of which are grammatically incorrect.
- it needs a map showing the manufacturing locations, and where the museum is.
- contradictory/unclear content: 'founded in 1979 by Suh Sungwhan' and 'founded by Suh Kyung-bae'; 'nearly 1200 years prior.'; etc.
- it needs relevant images, including the plantations, tea plants, company logo, packaging, advertising, the museum, and the tea.
- style: you cannot say 'In the past few years..'.
- duplicate linking e.g. to Amorepacific Corporation, Jeju /Island. Use the help resources on linking and avoid duplicate linking and over-linking.

Message for Student editors
[edit]Please advise your students to follow some of the basic rules outlined in the Manual of Style, especially those on bolding, duplicate links, and overlinked terms. They have also removed valid [citation needed] tags from statements without providing a source. I've been reverting quite a few of their edits over the past few hours and see that there's still hundreds that need to be checked for compliance. SounderBruce 10:41, 2 December 2022 (UTC)
Many thanks. I will reinforce this with them, be having meetings with them to review their recent work and the many issues. They have repeatedly had this advice but clearly need it emphasizing. Thanks for the feedback. Limelightangel (talk) 14:47, 2 December 2022 (UTC)
Draft review, 04/12/22
[edit]- repeated feedback: needs a better section for External links. See Wikipedia:External_links, etc. Understand the purpose and content of this section. The external links need to be clearer ('official website' of what?) and better. See also Manual_of_Style/Linking#Link_titles.
- references: many have no publication dates (1, 2, 4, 7, 12, 15, 16, 17, 19); many have no publishers or authors. Ref. 9 has no author (Thomas Gillant), publisher, date accessed or website name; Several have no date accessed; ref. 15 is in uppercase; ref. 22 needs to be the original publication, not 'researchsquare'; ref. 15 is incorrect; ref. 13 has no link; etc. Use the Cite > Website template properly, and extract the required information from the web pages. See Wikipedia:Citing_sources#Web_pages. Several references use 'Osulloc' but 'O'Sulloc' is used in the text. Most of the History section has no references/sources.
- See Also section: see Wikipedia:See_alsos and Manual_of_Style/Layout#"See_also". Understand how these differ from in-text wiki links and from 'external links'. Understand how this is used. See the help resources, and similar pages e.g. Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Layout#"See_also"_section.
- repeated feedback: you will need to add Categories to your page - see similar pages, and use Help:Category.
- repeated feedback: The 1st InfoBox is poor and needs developing. Use the help resources and see similar pages. Include an image in the InfoBox. The use of a second Infobox is incorrect and indicates a lack of understanding of this page element and use of help resources. See Help:Infobox.
- repeated feedback: the intro. summary is poor. Look at similar pages and use the help resources. It needs to briefly summarize the topic and its notability, with links and references. See Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Lead_section.
- grammar issues e.g. History intro. needs rewriting. Non-English words need translations. Avoid things like: 'Indeed'; 'O'Sulloc museum it is the'; 'this place is it is a place'; 'scenery in the museum'; etc.
- relevance: the section on Korean tea culture lacks relevance to the article topic, and there are existing pages on Korean tea and Korean tea ceremony. The entire section is not relevant to this specific page topic.
- clarity: are 'stores' the same as 'tea houses'? Use consistent terminology.
- images need to be positioned and formatted with the adjacent relevant text.
- repeated feedback - structure: there is no clear, logical page structure with correct use of sections and sub-sections e.g. The tables and sub-sections on 'Teas', tea fields, etc. are in the section on the tea museum; the museum should go after the tea fields, brands, etc. There needs a section on the company, sales, brand and history.
- repeated feedback - duplicate linking e.g. Carmellia, Amo. Corp, Jeju Island, Seogwipo, etc. Use the help resources on linking and avoid duplicate linking and over-linking. see Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Linking
- repeated feedback - it needs a map showing the manufacturing locations
- some image captions need improving on the page for clarity and relevance to the article, using the alt= markup for the image e.g. It is unclear where the tea fields are that the cation relates to. This is important for page clarity/relevance, and because they are located on WikiMedia, without the context of this page. This image also needs better positioning and formatting for the adjacent text section.
