[edit]This split was a mistake. There's not enough material to warrant it and even if South Zhili was a separate area, North Zhili and Zhili describe the exact same territories and "Zhili" continued to be called "Beizhili" long after South Zhili had ceased to exist. — LlywelynII 02:41, 30 July 2019 (UTC)
In any case, it should be moved to Beizhili or Northern Zhili as an equally commonly used form of the name that's more grammatically correct. It isn't the northern end of an area known as Zhili. It's the northern of the two areas separately administered as zhilis. — LlywelynII 05:22, 21 February 2023 (UTC)
