Doubt about the dates
[edit]Hi, I translated this article in italian for the Women in Architecture editathon, but here I found another birth and death year. 1904-1989 instead of 1903-1988. --Camelia (talk) 11:32, 29 October 2016 (UTC)
- Hi, Camelia.boban, great that you translated it. I checked the dates carefully, because the ones I found are indeed different from the usual years given. I have a feeling that 1904-89 must have been established before it was easy to find digitised documents online. For instance, if you search with Tollenaar 1988 here the death date is clear. I also used paid services FindmyPast.co.uk and archived copies of The Times. Lelijg (talk) 12:51, 29 October 2016 (UTC)
- Just adding part of the notice in The Times of 1 September 1988: "On August 22nd, peacefully on holiday in Jersey, Nora Tollenaar (née Aiton) in her 86th year. Great-aunt of Ian and Jonathan Leapingwell...." etc. Lelijg (talk) 13:36, 29 October 2016 (UTC)
Updating the Infobox
[edit]Hi, and thank you for translating the page. I'll do that for the German Wikipedia as well! How can we change the infobox? Now it doesn't mention the date of death (age 116). Karatecoop (talk) 10:04, 13 May 2020 (UTC)Karatecoop
