Proposed merge of Nomcebo into Nomcebo Zikode
[edit]There is an existing article on this person: merge new content into that article, to avoid duplication and give the original article creator credit for creating it. PamD 07:22, 31 August 2020 (UTC)

- Thank you User:PamD. I feel the article Nomcebo Zikode should instead be merged into Nomcebo because unlike the first, the latter is detailed, sourced, well arranged . It would just save the editor's time. KembabaziJ (talk) 02:45, 1 September 2020 (UTC)
- More of the sources seem to refer to her by her full name, so I think that is the correct title for the article. I agree that the new article is vastly better but it shouldn't have been created as a duplicate article. I'll sort it out. PamD 12:25, 1 September 2020 (UTC)

Who copied whom?
[edit]This: https://hdsentertainment.co.za/nomcebo-zikode/ seems pretty identical to this WP article as of today, but looking into the history of our version makes it clear (to me, anyway), that they copied us, not vice versa. Our text has evolved, from this version on 1st Sept to what we have today:
- "and songwriter" added to lead
- "she released her debut 8 track album" becomes "she released her debut album"
- "which received a warm welcome from fellow musicians and fans alike" disappears
etc. PamD 15:09, 14 October 2020 (UTC)
- PamD, thanks. Wasn't sure, thought it was better if someone with more copyvio expertise took a look. Onel5969 TT me 15:11, 14 October 2020 (UTC)
