Citations
[edit]Article requires citation as well as additional detail on earlier life such as precise DOB, location etc. --Jhonevans (talk) 15:10, 22 October 2013 (UTC)
- Yep. I've removed the estimated year of birth since no source supports it. @Jnc: please don't add it back unless you have a reliable source that supports it. WP:BLP and WP:BURDEN both apply. Toddst1 (talk) 11:42, 15 September 2022 (UTC)
Yorktown
[edit]The statement that says he lives in Yorktown is supported by a source that is 6 years old. I think that statement needs a qualifier like {{asof}}
. 6 years is a long time and people move. Toddst1 (talk) 11:42, 15 September 2022 (UTC)
Unsourced claims of grandeur / COI
[edit]This article read like a puff-piece for the subject. I've attempted to bring it towards Wikipedia standards for a verifiable, neutral biography.
Usage of the term "internet pioneer" falls under WP:EXCEPTIONAL. Nowhere in this article was such a claim supported by a reliable source. A lot of this seems to come from the edits of of Jnc (talk · contribs) who 201.86.236.66 asserts above is the subject of this article. Jnc should understand WP:COI and Wikipedia:Autobiography quite well as the editor is an admin. I've cleaned some of this up, but we must insist on reliable sources here.
Jnc should refrain from editing the page per the WP:COI guidelines. Toddst1 (talk) 14:06, 15 September 2022 (UTC)
