I think this article does not meet the criteria:

No context: This article adds sufficient context to identify the subject of the article (I think),
Foreign language articles: It's directly in English, though it used the material already existing in the French wikipedia,
No content: Though this article still needs to be fleshed out, it it not just a collection of links,
Significance: It is the only French-language reviews and news website dealing exclusively with First-person shooters. It's audience is not ridiculous (40000 visits every day), and it has been cited elsewhere in the web.

There are no reliable sources that state this. Sorry. But 4Chan had 100,000s of daily visits before we included it, and did so only when the RS covered it. --Cerejota (talk) 01:11, 1 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
