Merger discussion

Contents of Nimtali Palace are echoed in Nimtali arch article. The palace is actually destoryed now, what we have is only the arch part of the palace which is now restored. The information about palace is already exist in Nimtali arch and there is no unique information in Nimtali Palace that shape it as the independent article. That's why I propose the merge.
