Name and CV of P. Nikiforos Diamandouros

[edit]

I would like to suggest two small changes:

1. use the correct name: P. Nikiforos Diamandouros (and not Nikiforos P. Diamandouros). 2. add a link to his CV (http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu/press/cv.faces) under References
