Nicole Fares translates silenced authors in the Middle East. Her works should be documented on wikipedia as she is gradually more researched and she appears at conferences and is interviewed in magazines... She is also listed on the "list of arabic-english translators" on wikipedia.

The article says only that she translates and that she teaches at a university (but probably not a full professor since she doesn't have her Ph.D. yet). Of themselves, these aren't things that would lead to one's inclusion in an encyclopedia. In any event, Wikipedia doesn't generally deal with arguments as to whether people should be included based on their merits, but on whether those merits have already led to their coverage in independent reliable sources.
