Aggro Crag evolution
[edit]Does anyone have a timeline of the evolution of the Crag [Aggrocrag, Ultra Aggrocrag, Megacrag, etc etc] --—Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.111.192.158 (talk • contribs)
- Aggro Crag for first two seasons, Mega Crag for the third season, and Super Aggro Crag for the fourth and final (Global GUTS) season. --Goldrushcavi 04:03, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
Removing event taglines
[edit]I am removing all taglines used by Mike O' Malley for each event, as they do not serve a purpose in an encyclopedic article; here, they only serve to make the article too long. --Goldrushcavi 04:03, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
Reruns
[edit]Unless there is proof that reruns will be on any station in any way, shape or form, do not edit this article and say they are going to appear anywhere. They will be reverted. Nicholasm79 (talk) 06:17, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
GUTS reruns are now available on turbonick.com. 209.130.177.141 (talk) 21:32, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
- I do not see it on that site. Nicholasm79 (talk)
Go to the turbonick website. In the "Search" box start to type in the word "GUTS". The full word will appear and a selection of videos will be displayed. 72.93.81.74 (talk) 13:00, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
Apparently either the article for Nick GAS was changed long after this discussion, or people don't pay attention to other Nickelodeon articles. While it is no longer a cable channel, Nickelodeon GAS is currently still being broadcast as a part of <nofollow>Dish Network's Top 250 lineup</nofollow>. I don't know where to find a listing of Nick GAS's schedule on Dish Network, but according to the program list on Wikipedia- List of programs broadcast by Nickelodeon Games and Sports for Kids - GUTS is still showing on it. If you need further proof, I will try to hunt down an online schedule or upload a screen shot of the schedule on my TV. --RCat (talk) 14:35, 27 July 2008 (UTC)
Alternates
[edit]Wasn't there one episode where a contestant was unable to continue and an alternate took her (I think) place? Wouldn't that be notable. Maybe just a mention if there's a relevant section? If not, I guess we can just disregard it. Sabre Knight (talk) 20:48, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
New Version
[edit]I recently heard that they are coming out with a family version sometime this Fall, any confirmation? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.188.40.36 (talk) 20:48, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
- If you would read the article... yes there is. Nicholasm79 (talk) 20:56, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
Episode List
[edit]According to TV.com, there were only 32 episodes of the original Guts. However, I heard from other sources that there were between 115-130 GUTS episodes. Does anyone/can anyone write/find an episode list for Guts and Global Guts? Thanks. (205.232.191.16 (talk) 17:28, 25 August 2008 (UTC))
Inflated totals?
[edit]The US Gold medal count (of 85, with no silver or gold) is impossible, as adding up the silver and bronze from other nations yields a result much lower than that, and I am pretty sure I remember the US losing sometimes. Anyone know the real total?
More info about an event
[edit]I am adding a new bullet to one of the pool events. Do not revert it as I have clearly seen this happen before on Nick GaS.--Tomballguy (talk) 23:18, 21 January 2009 (UTC)Chris
- What you added is considered cruft and is irrelevant. Just a description of the events is permissible. Wikipedia is not a resource for detailed and finite information. Nicholasm79 (talk) 04:27, 22 January 2009 (UTC)
Colored Fonts
[edit]I removed the colored font from the gameplay section. Everyone knows what red, blue, and purple look like and coloring the words is just a stupid way for someone to show off that they recently learned basic HTML. It certainly doesn't coform to the standards of Wikipedia or an Encyclopedia. - 76.105.16.71 (talk) 20:25, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

- Um, there really is no need to put a table of episodes in the article, per WP:Trivia.--It's my Junior year in High School! (talk) 01:02, 22 March 2010 (UTC)Chris
- I agree. This is a 5-day a week show. Any attempt to list episodes is frivolous and would bog down the article. I suggest people post their opinions here. If no consensus is reached, I'm going to remove on the article and on this talk page. Nicholasm79 (talk) 01:58, 13 May 2010 (UTC)
Removal of list of events
[edit]- I'm going to be bold and remove the list of (pre-Crag) events, simply because it is trivial, original research, and unencyclopedic. I don't see why a general-interest encyclopedia has to have excruciatingly detailed information about every one of many interchangeable events on a game show. - Why not? This was the only place on the internet for it. I can't speak for everyone but I'm sure others felt that it was useful information (for what I don't know). 108.21.100.188 (talk) 05:55, 22 January 2011 (UTC)
- Hmm, you are right about that little factor.--It's Senior Year! (talk) 21:15, 4 May 2011 (UTC)Chris
- I too feel the information was useful and it should be brought back, especially if this was the only place to see it on the Internet... 71.249.246.218 (talk) 19:40, 28 December 2011 (UTC)

"Guts" vs. "Nickelodeon Guts"
[edit]I'm pretty sure the show name is just "Guts," and that "Nickelodeon" appears in the show logo for branding. Even the IMDb lists the official title as "Guts." Trivialist (talk) 22:34, 4 April 2012 (UTC)
