[edit]I guess I can't be too critical, especially considering that I edit Wikipedia in my spare time. But really, is this for real? Jermor 03:46, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
No, the neogi don't really exist. Relax. 153.2.247.32 (talk) 07:21, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
- They aren't real. You can tell this because, quite simply, the article says they're fictional.
Now, aboleths, on the other hand... 137.166.68.65 (talk) 03:56, 3 November 2008 (UTC)Count Dorku
Neogi are described as classic evil "bug-eyed monsters" who rule the universe in the game.
[edit]This needs a bit of a tweak. No single race "rules the universe" in the Spelljammer role playing game (although I'm sure that the Elven Imperial Navy would like to rule the universe). I'm not sure if this is something from Lords of Madness, because the opening paragraph has not got a citation.
I don't have Lords of Madness yet, but believe that Wizards of the Coast have partially reinvented the neogi. The artwork is significantly different.
BTW: Neogi are one of the major factions of Spelljammer, so are of high importance to an understanding of how that game universe/shared world works. Big Mac (talk) 19:58, 20 January 2009 (UTC)
