Real initial release date?

Inside the article in the "Features" section it says: "Since the browser has been based on Chromium since its inception in 2011" and then on the technical information box it says "Initial releaseMarch 14, 2017; 7 years ago", what was the reason for this? or am I missing something? ~i hate capital letters (talk) 01:49, 10 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
