[edit]Hello! AnniceC and I are currently working on this article for an educational assignment. So far we've done translations from the relating Norwegian article, which we look forward to implement into this one and expand the article. WikiEmz (talk) 17:19, 14 April 2019 (UTC)
Under the "Conflicts" section, there are no references. Nothing is explained. I think the whole section should be removed! Lmlmss44 (talk) 05:29, 28 September 2019 (UTC)

National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design → National Museum (Norway) – Per WP:COMMONNAME. Nasjonalmuseet, translated "the National Museum" is what the museum calls itself in all communications other than legal documents and financial reports and how it is referred to in the significant majority of independent, reliable English language sources. For example The Guardian, The New York Times, ARTNews. Jfire (talk) 15:50, 9 January 2024 (UTC) — Relisting. Vanderwaalforces (talk) 08:06, 18 January 2024 (UTC)

- Comment – Those last three sources are a bit too separate from the topic, on the actual museum The Guardian does use it but Artnews uses the Norwegian name (one of few though).
- The existing name is apparently the official name, [1] [2], and is a WP:NATURALDAB, however, these sources use "National Museum of Norway" [3][4] so can be another NATURALDAB alternative, which I'd prefer.
- Bit confused by the article's lead, I can't find sources with just "National Museum of Art", even the museum uses the current name over that. I believe there is a case to move away from the existing name, but prefer National Museum of Norway as a WP:NATURALDAB alternative. DankJae 00:00, 12 January 2024 (UTC)
- Move to National Museum of Norway as a WP:NATURALDAB alternative. (to get this discussion somewhere) DankJae 17:27, 19 January 2024 (UTC)
