Top Importance for SCOTUS, Mid for Law

[edit]

I rated this case as top importance for three main reasons: 1) the case is central to understanding the progression of federalism in the United States; 2) it is mentioned in virtually every public personnel class, administrative law class, intergovernmental relations class, and most constitutional law classes; 3) the case was argued by Robert Bork vs Rhyne (a former President of the ABA) and Calvin L. Rampton (the sitting governor of Utah at the time). Also, this case is rated as a Top100 case on Oyez.com Frank0051 (talk) 05:45, 2 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
