Having checked the references in this article I can confirm that the term "National Democracy" is a is discussed in quality Ukraine-language sources, although I can find less use of it in non-Ukraine sources. Therefore, I don't think the concerns of OR are around the "invention" or "promotion" of the term by an editor, which would be a material issue for the article.
