COI
[edit]Given the above, there is every reason to be concerned about the NPOV and the COI that may be present in the article. I haven't checked it for details yet, thoughDGG (talk) 21:40, 15 June 2008 (UTC)
- i've been working on it. His CV and his company web site can be used for the routine details of his career, but not for evidence that they were important. The significance of his work on various projects must be proved from 3rd party independent reliable published sources, print or online (but not blogs or press releases). Additionally, stating who was present at a meeting does not show his notability unless it can be shown from such sources that he was a key particpant himself. I removed some material of this sort, and will remove some more, unless it gets properly cited. Please see our Business FAQ for a fuller explanation of why personal and corporate web sites do not usually make good sources, even with copyright permission. There is a difference between the appropriate writing for a web site or press release, and that for an encyclopedia article. DGG (talk) 07:35, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
