Double Scorpion power
[edit]The RAF Museum London (Hendon) display of a Double Scorpion says the power is 6000lb (26.7 kN), 75% of the claim in this article. Anyone know if this is a more reliable source than the current claim source? Rwendland (talk) 20:24, 7 October 2009 (UTC)
- They're probably both right. These were all very experimental engines and there were often changes between individual engines, rather than a consistent production run. Some of it is also about thrust at different altitudes or throttling of fuel rate. Andy Dingley (talk) 20:32, 7 October 2009 (UTC)
