Merger Discussion

I stumbled across these similar pages and the content appears to be for the exact same topic.

1. The NETO1 page has much more detail, and I propose that any unique material be added in from the Neto 1 page.

2. This material is outside of my expertise, so the correct name for the combined page needs to be determined.

3. A 'redirect' may be needed to ensure that anyone using either page can still find the material with the old names.
