The debate about the notability of this article has been going on for a while now without any obvious conclusion. I think the subject is notable and there are a number of resources, but others have argued that 'it's just another estate'. So what I would propose would be to merge this article into a more general article called 'Myatt's Fields Estate', which would include references to Myatt's Field North Estate which has now been demolished and replaced with a large new development called Oval Quarter.
