My Love: Essential Collection → My Love (Celine Dion album) – "Essential Collection" and "Ultimate Essential Collection" in small print on the two different versions is just marketing cruft, not a meaningful or recognizable way of disambiguating this Celine Dion album from the other My Love albums on en.wp. There is no shame in letting readers see the artist name. In ictu oculi (talk) 08:24, 27 December 2018 (UTC) --Relisting.SITH(talk)11:29, 3 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose - per Dion's official website (link), per Columbia Records press release from 2008 and many other sources, the album is titled My Love: Essential Collection and My Love: Ultimate Essential Collection. In 2011, it was re-releasd as The Essential 3.0 and The Essential, without My Love in the title. Leave it as it is. Max24 (talk) 14:34, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Ahah, no evidence on the website for The Essential 3.0. But anyway. @Max24: can I ask why en.wp accent-strips "Céline" when the accent appears on recent English album covers? All other French Canadians have their accents on en.wp, why is this one person different? In ictu oculi (talk) 08:32, 28 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Max24: it was only discussed a long time ago during the Diacritic Wars. No attempt to apply WP:FRMOS has been made since. It may be that the idea that she is French-speaking may make some of her fans uncomfortable, or it wasn't her fans who objected. In ictu oculi (talk) 11:13, 28 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
