[edit]Nothing yet to be owned by Disney.
The Muppets Take Manhattan, Muppets from Space and Kermit's Swamp Years were distributed by Sony Pictures Entertainment (owned by Sony).
I believe The Jim Henson Company has always owned the Muppets, Sesame Street (Muppets) and Fraggle Rock.
