Creating article
[edit]I have created this article per discussion on Talk:Muhammad. The lead is a copy of a longstanding summary on Muhammad. The rest was contributed by User:Peaceworld111 Eperoton (talk) 16:20, 14 December 2015 (UTC)
- @Eperoton: Thank You for crediting this to me. But I think this is a mistake. I did not write this, but merely suggest that a new article should be created.--Peaceworld 11:41, 19 December 2015 (UTC)
- @Peaceworld111: Thanks for the correction. The text was contributed by User:Hamilcar4532. Eperoton (talk) 15:00, 19 December 2015 (UTC)
general growth and future
[edit]So this still needs a lot of work but there is an angle to consider - should it be part of a series on particularly well know Founders of religion or part of a group article, or subsumed under the Manifestations of God article. Thoughts? I see it began life as the section under the Muhammad article and it was decided to break it off as its own article. But there are a wider set of issues to consider. (Figured this should be talked about before a lot more work is done including moving and renaming the article to a more proper name.)--Smkolins (talk) 14:30, 15 December 2015 (UTC) Wiki-uk, Jeff3000, Soundofmusicals, Koavf, Peaceworld111.…
- @Smkolins: About the proper name, this should be moved to Muhammad in the Bahá'í Faith, because unlike Judaism's views on Muhammad, Muhammad is not a religious figure in Judaism.--Peaceworld 11:41, 19 December 2015 (UTC)
- Good point. I agree. Eperoton (talk) 15:03, 19 December 2015 (UTC)

Is Juan Cole citation WP:SYNTH?
[edit]Hi Serv181920, I see the citation you gave from Cole's book contradicting the Baha'i view. I don't have the book, but just wondering, does that section mention the Baha'i view? Cole is certainly an expert on both but if he didn't make the connection then we can't. Gazelle55 (talk) 05:10, 30 December 2020 (UTC)
- Hi Gazelle55, you are correct. I have reverted it. Thank you. Happy New Year.Serv181920 (talk) 17:16, 31 December 2020 (UTC)
- No problem, Happy New Year. In 7 minutes I think if you're in India right now! Gazelle55 (talk) 18:23, 31 December 2020 (UTC)
