Holapaco77 I ask to adjust the voice based on the facts and not personal decisions, the voice is on the Monument to the Lion of Judah and 3/4 of the voice is spoken of zerai deres? --Entebekalen 19:09, 21 September 2017‎
@Entebekalen: The article is totally based on verificable references (not my opinions). The story of the monument is deeply linked with the story of Zerai Deres, so I really don't understand why do you want to censor it, since also the Lonely Planet touristic guide speaks about this patriot. I think you have very big problems to understand both italian and english languages: I never written that Zerai Deres was crazy and I never thought that ZD was mentally ill! I wrote that ZD was arrested by fascist police and put in criminal asylum (it's not a "normal" psychiatric hospital, but it's a jail) because of his protest in front of Lion of Judah. Fascist authorities were used to put in criminal asylum all protesters, because they considered crazy anyone who publicly protested against the regime; but of course protesters weren't crazy. All references I put on ZD article say this: ZD was imprisoned in a criminal asylum because of his protest, not because he was mentally ill. I kindly ask you to stop to offend me around wikipedia and to stop making 10 new sockpuppets users every day in order to vandalize all voices about Ethiopia and Eritrea. I already asked you on it.wiki to help me to improve ZD article with new other sources, references and translations, but you didn't do nothing untill now and I'm still waiting. Since you said you work at Addis Ababa University, I asked you to go to library of your university and get books, thesis, or any other verificable refs about ZD. After one month, I'm still waiting for your answer. --Holapaco77 (talk) 10:24, 22 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I am currently improving the article “Monument to the Lion of Judah”. I chose this article because it lacks content and information. The article currently only contains someone’s comment regarding how the monument is linked with the history of Zerei Deres and how the monument was brought to Rome and its current location. The article lacks context as to why and how the monument was taken to Rome and how the return to its home place happened. As Ethiopia is one of the counties that is rich with history and culture, I think it is important to give this article well-structured writing with ample description, supported by various sources. So, hopefully, by then end, this article will contain the monument’s history, cultural context meaning, and importance to the Ethiopian nation. It will discuss more the Zerei Deres history in Italy as well as the intercultural communication that took place during that time between Italy and Ethiopia. My plans for improving this article will also include the inclusion of various sources and perhaps images that will increase readers understanding of the monument. Moreover, I plan to include people's perspectives and emotions they hold towards the monument. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.100.252.188 (talk) 17:39, 14 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
