Copyvio check

  • I reviewed all matches above 5% found using Earwig's Copyvio Detector. Only one issue: The phrase "solace on the dance floor" appears in the Vogue source and could be reworded or cited. (I'm not sure that WP:LIMITED will apply here)

Images

  • After a quick image search, I'm prepared to believe that there are no suitable free images that meet MOS:IMAGERELEVANCE.

Sources

  • The Facebook page of the Recording Industry Association of Malaysia is used as a source. IMO this is suitable here, in the spirit of WP:FACEBOOK, as it's only used to support the chart position in Malaysia.
  • What makes Boston University News Service a reliable source per WP:RSSM? (It looks like it could be omitted.)

Formatting

  • There are a couple of duplicate links: Slant Magazine and Billboard. (MOS:LINKONCE)
  • I ran a script to format dates, feel free to revert if you have any issue with that.

Production and release

  • It's not specifically mentioned here that "Mirrorball" was written and produced by Swift and Antonoff, although their credit as producers is in the Personnel section and doesn't need to be repeated.
  • Optionally, mention that Kitty Committee was a home studio at her Los Angeles residence. (I only know this from the Folklore (Taylor Swift album) article)

Music and lyrics

  • Spot check on "Jason Lipshutz from Billboard deemed it an indie folk track" - no issues.
  • Spot check on " "beardo" indie rock influence" - I'm not too sure about the "beardo" here, but it is what Wood wrote... if keeping it, maybe "beardo indie rock" should all be in quotation marks as the source has all of that phrase.
  • Spot check on "'Mirrorball' is a track that reflects her state of mind during the COVID-19 quarantine" - no issues.

Critical reception

  • For [5][11][22][23] , consider using WP:CITEBUNDLE
  • Spot check on Giselle Au-Nhien Nguyen "an album highlight" - not explicitly in the source, but seems a reasonable conclusion from the text.
  • Spot check on Mikael Wood rating it "the best album track" - no issues.
  • "Hannah Mylrea of NME not as impressed," - needs a slight tweak, e.g. "Hannah Mylrea of NME was not as impressed,"

Infobox and lead

  • Duration of 3:29 is not supported by a citation.

Commercial performance / Personnel / Charts

  • No issues.

Thanks for your work on the article, Ippantekina. I just have a few minor points above. Regards, BennyOnTheLoose (talk) 13:50, 2 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for taking up the review, BennyOnTheLoose. I have addressed everything accordingly. Cheers, Ippantekina (talk) 03:27, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, Ippantekina. Just one last point - Jack Antonoff is mentioned as a co-writer of the song in the lead and infobox, but this isn't cited either in "Production and release" or "Personnel". Regards, 09:36, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
That should be done now BennyOnTheLoose. :) Ippantekina (talk) 02:30, 4 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
